Contains antioxidants, which help fight aging and many diseases

Contains selenium which can help fight diseases and lower the risk of heart disease and many cancers

Good source of protein

Good source of fiber

Can help lower cholesterol levels

Contains calcium for strong bones and teeth

Very high in an antioxidant called beta-carotene which supports the immune system

Good source of vitamin E, potassium, vitamin C and fibre

Lower the risk of prostate cancer

Rich in the antioxidant lutein which promotes good eye health
